Groton Town

Christopher A. Trombley, 33, of 9 Norfolk Court was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

New London

Matthew Brandes, 37, of 19 Jay St. was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, misuse of plates, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving without insurance.

Israel J. Balabau, 18, of 54 Buckley Hill Road, Colchester, was charged Friday with third-degree assault and second-degree threatening.

David I. Ducheneau, 53, of 19 Henry St. was charged Friday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Lindsey J. Ducheneau, 23, of 19 Henry St. was charged Friday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Stephanie James, 29, of 32 Huntington St., Apt. 3, was charged Friday with violation of a protective order.

Brett O. Bassett, 26, of 19 Jay St. was charged Friday with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jermaine Smith, 32, of 31 Blackhall St. was charged Friday with third-degree criminal mischief and violation of a protective order.

Fabiola Belidor, 23, of 53 Garfield Ave. was charged Thursday with failure to obey a stop sign and driving with a suspended license.

Norwich

George Sundheimer, 60, of 29 Crest St. was charged Friday with evading responsibility and unsafe backing.

Robin Chmura, 50, of 85 Hickory St. was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and reckless endangerment.

Sherry Densmore, 44, of 23 Whittaker Ave. was charged Friday with three counts of second-degree forgery and one count each of attempted fifth-degree larceny, fifth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny.

Timothy Hammond, 23, of 7 Meadowview Lane was charged Aug. 26 with possession of more than 4 ounces of marijuana, possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of heroin/cocaine with intent to sell and driving at an unreasonable speed.

State Police - Montville

William G. Perkowski, 42, of 14 Atwood Drive, East Lyme, was charged Saturday in East Lyme with disorderly conduct and threatening.

James F. Reavis, 27, of 17 Margaret Lane, Plainfield, was charged Friday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court, third-degree burglary and three counts of violation of probation.

Stonington

Cody C. Santos, 18, of 12 Elaine St. was charged Friday with third-degree burglary and fifth-degree larceny.

Norman C. Renaldi, 40, of 73 Pawcatuck Ave., Apt. 3, Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Waterford

Jessica Monahan, 34, of 29 Blueberry Hill Road, Groton, was charged Friday with second-degree identity theft and third-degree larceny.

Annette Pacheco, 45, of 218 Laurel Hill Ave., Norwich, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have tail lamps.

Karen Anderson, 56, of 4 Hill Road, Old Saybrook, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license.
