New London

Daniel Hunt, 25, of 73 Boulder Drive was charged Sunday with failure to respond to infraction, third-degree assault, first-degree burglary, second-degree larceny, third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree robbery.

Luis Moya, 41, of 6 Prospect St., No. 2, was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace.

Jorge Soto, 29, of 207 Vauxhall St. was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and driving with a suspended license.

State Police - Montville

Edward Ross, 38, of Westerly, R.I. was charged Saturday in Preston with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to signal.

James Thomas, 40, of Canterbury was charged Saturday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and reckless driving.

Stonington

Andrew A. Green, 51, of 50 Clarks Falls Road, North Stonington, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and failure to return a license upon suspension.

Waterford

Tanya Velazquez, 44, of 311 Bayonet St., New London, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Arthur Furtado, 45, of 1042 Poquonock Road, Groton, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license or registration. (Editor's note: This clarifies an earlier version.)

Mark Katuzney, 36, of 5 Salt Meadow Lane, Old Saybrook was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and traveling too fast for conditions.

Rafael Holder, 22, of 563 Boston Post Road was charged Sunday with possession of less than four ounces of marijuana and driving with a suspended license.
