Jonathan A. Lopez, 31, of 13 Brainard St. was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.


Daniel Sypher, 43, of 16 Penobscot St. was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.


John C. Banks, 23, of 98 W. Broad St., Apt. 1, Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with three counts of violation of probation.

Michael C. Lorello, 37, of Providence was charged Monday with fifth-degree larceny and three counts of third-degree forgery.


Sean Mulligan, 34, of 29 Louise St. was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license or registration and failure to drive in the proper lane.
