UConn returns to top 25

UConn is back in the Associated Press top 25 poll after a four-week absence.

The Huskies (17-4) are ranked 22nd.

The American Athletic Conference has a season-high four teams in the top 25. No. 7 Cincinnati (21-2), No. 14 Louisville (18-4) and No. 24 Memphis (16-5) also are ranked.

UConn visits first-place Cincinnati in an AAC showdown on Thursday night. The Bearcats are riding a 14-game winning streak.

In other news, senior Shabazz Napier made the AAC weekly honor roll for the seventh time this season. Cincinnati's Sean Kilpatrick was named the player of the week.

Napier is the leading scorer in AAC games at 21.5 points per game while Kilpatrick is first in overall games at 19.4.
