Emmanuel Garcia, 20, of 240 Willetts Ave. was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license.
Tyrik McLaurin, 18, of 32 Willetts Ave. was charged Thursday with third-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief and interfering with an emergency call.
