Holocaust survivor Anita Schorr, right, walks with teacher Mary Quinn-Devine at North Haven Middle School after speaking about her experiences in the Terezín, Auschwitz, and Bergen-Belsen concentration camps during World War II. Schorr was 14 years old when separated from her parents and brother, all of whom were killed by the Nazis. Schorr spoke of the determination, hope, and luck it took to survive. She said to the students, "Make a commitment that you will not be a bystander."
