New London Little League baseball and softball registration - Saturday, March 3, 11 a.m.-3 p.m., Martin Center, first floor. League ages: Minor League (6-8), Farm League (9-11), Baseball Little League (9-12), Girls' Softball (9-12), Senior Softball (13-16). New players ages 9-12 must try out. U.S. Coast Guard Academy Spring Training Baseball Camp — March 7-11 for ages 11-12 and 16-18. The 11-12 age group will go from 4:45-6:45 p.m. on weekdays and 9-11 a.m. on the two weekend dates, while ages 16-18 will go from 6:45-8:45 p.m. on the weekdays and 11 a.m.-1 p.m. on weekends.
