19400 July 30, 2015 Invitation to Bid Bid Package: Exterior Window Replacement Re: Wheeler School and Library 101 Main Street, North Stonington CT Exterior Window Replacement Project The Wheeler Library is soliciting contractor lump sum bid proposals to support the removal and replacement of its existing building exterior window units. A Pre-Bid Walk Through will be conducted on August 12th at 8:30 AM. The window replacement project is funded by the Wheeler School and Library and includes a $140,009.00 grant received by Wheeler from the CT State Public Library. This work will be performed in accordance with the State Grant programs for Public Library ConstructionTimetable and Guidelines, The ADA act, and follow the prevailing State Wage Requirements. All bidders should be aware that the Wheeler School and Library is an Affirmative Action, Equal Opportunity Employer.
