East Lyme Puppet Theater

The East Lyme Puppet Theater will be presenting three puppet shows, geared toward ages 5 and up. All shows will be held at 1:30 p.m. at St. Johns Episcopal Church on Main Street in Niantic.
On Friday, Dan Butterworth, a nationally known puppeteer presents “Carnival of the World,” August 3, Michael Graham of the Spring Valley Puppet Theater presents “Jack and the Beastalk” and Aug. 13 with be “Father Goose’s Tales,” -a shadow puppet theater, performed by Jim Napolitano.
Tickets are available at Bayberries in Niantic and at the door. Admission is by donation with a suggested donation of $5 per adult and $3 for children.
East Lyme Puppet Theater is supported by local businesses, citizens and community organizations. The troupe’s goal is to expand the program and become a nonprofit theater.
