Coastline Swing Band

Thursday   TIME:  7:30 pm to 9:30 pm

The Coastline Swing Band has 18 swinigin’ musicians, including a vocalist, five saxes, eight brass and four rhythm. We cover the big band repertory, from the nostalgic hits of the 40s and 50s, to some very up-to-date funk and rock. Our library includes classics made famous by Glenn Miller, Benny Goodman, Artie Shaw, Charlie Barnett, Duke Ellington, Count Basie, and Stan Kenton. plus more modern pieces by Sammy Nestico, Tom Kubis, Gordon Goodwin, Bill Potts, Dave Wolpe Bill Holman and others.
