Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano told the graduates of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy there are challenging times ahead, but they are ready. Terrorists will continue to adapt and no ship is unsinkable, she said, during commencement exercises Wednesday, May 16, 2012, at the Coast Guard Academy in New London.
