Tilapia Positano: Capers, olives, garlic, white wine, lemon, fresh tomato, spinach served over linguine.
Vitello Parmigiano: Veal breaded and baked with mozzarella and tomato sauce.
Chicken Bocconcini: Shallot, wild mushrooms, tomato, sherry wine, prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, spinach.
Gemelli al Pesto Amalfitano: Basil and pine nut pesto, lemon, fresh tomato.
Arugula Salad: Baby mesculin greens, gorgonzola, balsamic with diver sea scallops.
Rigatoni Bolognese: Ground veal, pork, and beef, barolo and tomato ragu.
