Jerry Frazier, 22, of 3 BMW Drive, Griswold, was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana and not keeping narcotics in original container.

Michael D. Scott, 24, of 6 Pacemaker Ave., Norwich, was charged Tuesday with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and interfering with police.

Groton Town

Justin Luetjen, 32, of Mount Pleasant, Iowa, was charged Tuesday with violation of probation, third-degree burglary, fourth-degree larceny and third-degree criminal mischief.

Eric Gum, 23, of 317 Willetts Ave., Waterford, was charged Tuesday with possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to have tail lamps lit, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana within 1,500 feet of a school.

New London

Wingrove Sealey, 48, of 7 Griswold Court, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and misuse of license plates.

Alice T. Garcia, 36, of 66 Jay St., Apt. 6, was charged Tuesday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Sidney Rolfe, 55, of no certain address, was charged Tuesday with possession of narcotics.

Danny J. Henry, 20, of 100 Ocean Ave., was charged Tuesday with second-degree robbery, second-degree larceny and third-degree assault.

Jermaine Edwards, 19, of 4 Louis Ave., Ledyard, was charged Tuesday with second-degree robbery, second-degree larceny and third-degree assault.

Randell Henry, 18, of 110 Corning Road, Norwich, was charged Tuesday with second-degree robbery, second-degree larceny and third-degree assault.

Steward Cain, 38, of Anchorage, Alaska, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Calvin Burns, 31, of 30 Connecticut Ave., was charged Wednesday with possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to sell and tampering with evidence.

Dale Stoll, 45, of 182 Prospect St., was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and unsafe backing.

Zackary Mingo, 20, of 30 Sullivan Drive, was charged Tuesday with violation of a protective order and second-degree breach of peace.

Nicholas Genga, 21, of 55 Sea Lane, was charged Sunday with second-degree sexual assault.

Travis Soule, 24, of 75 Hartford Ave., was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Tammy Thanh Nguyen, 37, of Randolph, Mass., was charged Wednesday at Foxwoods Resort Casino with fifth-degree larceny.

Eleanor W. Driscoll, 42, of 5 Grove Ave., Apt. 3, Westerly, was charged Wednesday with third-degree larceny.

Waterford

Tobias Andrews, 22, of 158 Hawthorne Drive, New London, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to drive in a proper lane.

Kyle Beaumier, 22, of 158 Hawthorne Drive, New London, was charged Tuesday with interfering with a police officer.

William McCormick, 61, of 36 High Ridge Drive, was charged Tuesday with first-degree criminal trespass and breach of peace.

Matthew Wells, 27, of 528 Boston Post Road, was charged Tuesday with first-degree forgery and sixth-degree larceny.

Luis Velasco, 341, of 184 West Main St., Niantic, was charged Tuesday with possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Elizabeth Mendez-Sanabria, 33, of Plainfield, was charged Wednesday with third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny.
