Beverly Turner, 30, of 40 Hawthorne Drive, was charged Thursday with third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny.

Cody Hakim-Taylor, 20, of 239 Nautilus Drive, Apt. 118, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Noel Rodriguez, 26, of 115 Raymond St. was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Mayhaniel Moore, 21, of 187 Huntington St., Apt. D11, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Andre Cluff, 21, of 144 Montauk Ave., was charged Wednesday with interfering with a police officer.

Kyle Gardiner, 21, of 61 Shaw St., Apt. 2, was charged Wednesday with interfering with a police officer.

Michael Abdul III, 52, of 14 Austin St., Waterford, was charged Wednesday with second-degree criminal mischief, attempted fourth-degree larceny and third-degree trespassing.

Rosy Ellis, 64, of 295 Blinman Road, Groton, was charged Wednesday with second-degree criminal mischief, attempted fourth-degree larceny and third-degree trespassing.

Timothy Fine, 26, of 41 Belden St., Apt. 1, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license.

Thomas Chioccola, 32, of 638 Taugwonk Road, Stonington, was charged Wednesday with evading responsibility and failure to drive right.

Lamonte Smith, 38, of 29 William St., Apt. 2, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license.

State police - Montville

Wayne R. Greene, 48, of 12 Marlene Drive, Ledyard, was charged in Ledyard Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Stonington

John A. Babin, 45, of 22 Downer St., Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license.

Waterford

Elizabeth Mendez, 33, of 44 Greene Ave., Plainfield, was charged Wednesday with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny.

Luis Aguilar, 27, of 34 Larrow Drive, North Windham, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault.
