Groton Town

Kimberly Winston, 38, of 15 Utica Court, was charged Friday with interfering with a police officer.

New London

Percy Lobaton, 32, of 113 Connecticut Ave., was charged Thursday with violation of a restraining order.

Marc Battis, 20, of 7 Bond St., Niantic, was charged Thursday with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of crack cocaine.

Sommer Brooks, 30, of 20 Pennsylvania Ave., Niantic, was charged Friday with breach of peace, third-degree assault and interfering with police.

Angela Cardot, 33, of 878 Bank St., 2nd floor, was charged Friday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Norwich

Keith Laing, 30, of 14 Beach Lane, Oakdale, was charged Thursday with violation of probation.

Andrew S. Watson, 21, of 17 Hawthorne Drive, New London, was charged Thursday with possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana.

Elisha G. M. Montford, 19, of 16C Adelaide Road, was charged Thursday with violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.

Mark Farrington, 34, of 11 Terrace Ave., was charged Friday with four counts of risk of injury to a minor and one count each of second-degree threatening, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and third-degree assault.

Bernard L. Perry, 33, of 43 Fielding Terrace, Montville, was charged Thursday in East Lyme with violation of probation.

Gary E. Tallman, 57, of 358 Main St., Apt. 22, Griswold, was charged Thursday in Griswold with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to have lights lit.

Christopher Vetter-Spellman, 33, of 237 W. Main St., Apt. 322, Niantic, was charged Thursday in East Lyme with hindering prosecution.

Lauren J. Donohue, 30, of 67 Seventh St., Norwich, was charged Friday in Montville with breach of peace and interfering with police.

Robert Dube, 20, of 39 Talcott Ave., Griswold, was charged Friday in Griswold with violation of a protective order.

Stonington

John Babin, 45, of 22 Downer St, was charged Wednesday with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Waterford

Zhuo Wu, 20, of 45 Lucas Park Road, Norwich, was charged Thursday with second-degree unlawful restraint and breach of peace.
