Groton Town

Robert C. Luna, 22, of 43 Denison Ave., Mystic, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Ledyard

Benjamin R. Iliff, 19, of no certain address, was charged with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Mark P. Knelling, 48, of 149 Military Highway, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding, and failure to drive right.

North Stonington

Daniel S. Cochran, 48, of 59 Wyassup Road, was charged Thursday with violating a protective order.

Norwich

Keith-Kalani Sebastian, 28, of 42 Fanning Road, Ledyard, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Jeffrey L. Civardi, 51, of 11 Schoolhouse Road, Preston, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Robert T. Wood II, 48, of 41 Boswell Ave., Apt. 1A, was charged Saturday with evading responsibility and failure to drive right.

Brenda E. Smith, 41, of Branford, was charged Saturday with credit card theft and illegal use of a credit card.

Gerard S. Niedojado, 24, of 43 Pratt Ave., was charged Saturday with evading responsibility, driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of marker plate and failure to drive right.

State police - Montville

Christine Robinson, 26, of no certain address, was charged Thursday with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of marker plate, driving without insurance, making an improper turn, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended license.
