Diane Weymouth, 46, of 75 Slocomb Terrace, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

Andy Carpenter, 27, of 82 Marsh Road, Noank, was charged Saturday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Stacy L. Hawkins, 40, of 139 Popple Bridge Road, Griswold, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, improper signal and failure to drive right.

Jacqueline DeWolf, 44, of 435 High St., Lot 46, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in an established lane.

Missael Rodriguez, 25, of 156 Laurel Drive, was charged Saturday with third-degree hindering prosecution.
