Cathy L. Saunders, 38, of 8 Charles Ave., Quaker Hill, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Willie Hall, 27, of 29 Golden St., Apt. 10, was charged Tuesday with interfering with police and first-degree failure to appear in court.

Robert Rouleau, 26, of 23A Tilley St., was charged Tuesday with interfering with police.
