Jason B. Giesing, 34, of 21-3 Fort Hill Road, was charged Monday with evading responsibility, failure to carry proof of insurance and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Joshua R. Menard, 26, of 71 Merlino Drive, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, drinking while driving, traveling at an unreasonable speed, failure to drive in the proper lane, driving with a suspended license and disorderly conduct.

Jeffrey B. Gray, 40, of 11 Maple Court, Waterford, was charged Tuesday with tampering with a witness, two counts of second-degree criminal mischief and two counts of second-degree breach of peace.

John Norman, 41, of 10 Rogers St., was charged Monday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Tamaria Patterson, 20, of 309 Crystal Ave., Apt. 3B, was charged Monday with third-degree assault.

Tara Lyon, 29, of 2 Meryl Court, Groton, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Sharon Merriman, 37, of 45 Overlook Ave., Mystic, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license.

Edward Ladouceur, 35, of 35 Grove Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Jesse D. George, 20, of Colchester, was charged Tuesday with two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court.

Chen Zouh, 26, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged Monday at Foxwoods Resort Casino with fourth-degree sexual assault and breach of peace.

Cory T. Pavlak, 19, of 44 Reservoir Hill, Griswold, was charged Tuesday in Montville with second-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny.

Laurie Wisehart, 23, of Ashaway, R.I., was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and misuse of markers.

Christine Borelli, 34, of 597 Mohegan Ave. Parkway, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and speeding.
