Ronald V. Stallings, 50, of 148 Benham Road, Apt. 4, was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics.

Clifford C. Heaton, 71, of 907 Shennecossett Road, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and following too close.

Kenny McQuay, 45, of 13 Fitch Ave., was charged Wednesday with violation of a protective order.

Robert Winston, 24, of 35 West St., New London, was charged Thursday with sale of cocaine.

Evens Pascal, 24, of 39 Russ Sims Heights, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Donald D. Mitchell, 53, of 53 Shaw St., New London, was charged Thursday with two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

A 16-year-old was charged Thursday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Heshima Harris, 18, of 84 Church Hill Road, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Joseph A. Acquaruco, 29, of Rogers, was charged Thursday with second-degree harassment and violation of probation.

Darryl Ford, 43, of 17 Norwich Road, Salem, was charged Wednesday with possession of marijuana.

Maria Murphy, 54, of 103 Montauk Ave., was charged Wednesday with evading responsibility.

Susan Nieves, 40, of 3 Kenyon Road, Groton, was charged Thursday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court, sixth-degree larceny and breach of peace.

Sual Nieves, 45, of 242 Nautilus Drive, was charged Thursday with breach of peace and interfering with police.

Katrina Bennett, 29, of no certain address, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Mohammad Woodhall, 21, of 59 Blackhall St., was charged Thursday with breach of peace and interfering with police.

William Darnell, 40, of 21 Oneco St., Norwich, was charged Thursday in Uncasville with risk of injury to a minor and disorderly conduct.

George B. Peet Jr., 55, of 63 Mystic Road, North Stonington, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

David Gill, 36, of 135 Flanders Road, Niantic, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in a proper lane.

Shawn Jones, 45, of 255 Stone St., was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and traveling too fast for conditions.
