Montville

Denise K. Castogna, 40, of 218 Route 163, Uncasville, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to have minimum insurance and improper license plate.

New London

Stacey Silvia, 25, of 103 Truman St., was charged Thursday with prostitution, criminal attempt and sale of narcotics.

Joshua Rock, 27, of 10 Phillips St., Jewett City, was charged Thursday with sale of narcotics.

Cedric Eaton, 30, of 10 Phillips St, Jewett City, was charged Thursday with sale of narcotics and interfering with an officer.

Jeremy DuBose, 19, of 16 Ledge Road, was charged Friday with second-degree sexual assault, possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana within 1,500 feet of a school.

Norwich

Keith D. Emmons, 24, of 303 Mohegan Park Road, was charged Thursday with violation of a protective order.

Plainfield

Devin C. Shipuleski, 23, of 1 Ashley St., was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault, breach of peace and criminal mischief.

Jared Minski, 19, of 55 S. Chestnut St., was charged Wednesday with third-degree burglary, criminal trespass, criminal mischief and possession of burglar tools.

Robert Perrella, 51, of 66 E. Main St., No. 112, was charged Thursday with failure to register or verify address as a sex offender.

State police - Montville

Gordon Hoffrogge, 62, of 66 Jefferson Ave., New London, was charged Friday in Norwich with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Steven D. Padgett, 29, of 64 Monument St., Groton, was charged Friday in Groton with reckless driving.

Melissa Smith, 25, of 1669 Route 163 Oakdale, was charged Friday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

Waterford

Zuleika Ramos, 22, of 6 Hamast Ave., was charged Thursday with violation of a protective order.

Susan Nieves, 40, of 3 Kenyon Road, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Joseph Kelly, 23, of 24 Tanglewood Drive, Preston, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding and failure to wear a seat belt.

Bruce Allen, 57, of 5 W. Strand Road, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault.

Toni Leclair, 44, of 7 Srosberg Road, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, misuse of license plates, failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to have minimum insurance.
