Groton City

Willy Marrero, 33, of 637 Vauxhall St., Waterford, was charged Friday with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license.

Chad W. Compton, 36, of 200 Michelle Lane, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Rachael C. Sizer, 18, of 38 Depot Road, was charged Friday with breach of peace, third-degree assault, criminal tresspassing and second-degree threatening.

Thomas P. Strickland, 27, of 20 Water St., Mystic, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct, unlawful restraint and third-degree assault.

Rodney Morgan, 39, of 336 Hazelnut Hill, was charged Saturday with violation of a protective order.

Drew Divello, 18, of 249 Tomaquag Road, Ashaway, R.I., was charged Saturday with breach of peace and sixth-degree larceny.

New London

Richard Taylor, 26, of 239 Nautilus Drive, B118, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court and failure to respond to an infraction.

Danielle Sullivan, 20, of 174 Jefferson Ave. #1, was charged Friday with violation of probation and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Grace Romero, 53, of Ridgefield, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Kevin Newell, 44, of 40 Crystal Ave., was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct, interfering with an officer, and second-degree threatening.

Anissa Henderson, 31, of 48 Crystal Ave. A96, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct, interfering with an officer and having pills in an improper container.

Joseph Polizzi, 45, of 220 Crystal Ave., was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Scott Adriano, 50, of 40 Mayflower Drive, Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with failure to obey a stop sign, having no insurance and driving with a suspended license.

Norwich

Heriberto E. Quintana, 29, of Willimantic, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and driving at an unreasonable speed.

Eugene Mahatha, 18, of 61 W. Main St., Baltic, was charged Saturday with driving too fast for conditions, driving without a license and evading responsibility.

Michele Sylvain, 45, of 160 Hickory St., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to have lights on.

Michele E. Nelson, 26, of 18 Kinney Ave., was charged Saturday with obtaining illegal prescription drugs and failure to respond to a violation.

State police - Montville

Vaughn Malloy, 28, of 242 Nautilus Drive, New London, was charged Friday in Uncasville with disorderly conduct, interfering with an officer, violation of a protective order and criminal trespassing.

Gary A. Fraser, 42, of Rockville, was charged Saturday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Stonington

Michelle Stone, 36, of 292 Pendleton Hill Road, North Stonington, was charged Saturday with driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to obey a stop sign.

Scott Burdett, 32, of 2 Skunk Hill Road, Wyoming, R.I., was charged Saturday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Waterford

James Cook, 28, of 1 Ferri Drive, was charged Friday with violation of probation.
