Norwich

Desirae Boulier, 23, of 178 W. Thames St., was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Ricardo Charles, 28, of 178 W. Thames St., was charged Sunday with second-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

State police - Montville

Julian Lorenzo, 19, of 32 Laurel Drive, Oakdale, was charged Sunday in Oakdale with reckless driving, second-degree reckless endangerment, driving with a suspended license and disobeying the signal of an officer.

Stonington

Michael J. Francis, 43, of 9 Palmer St., Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Kim Harrington, 41, of 53 School St., Westerly, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license, two counts of driving an unregistered motor vehicle and improper use of markers.

Waterford

Yadira Rios, 28, of 102 Riverside Drive, Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with third-degree forgery, criminal impersonation, sixth-degree larceny, attempt to commit a crime and identity theft.
