Antonio Easterling, 20, of 111 Nathan Hale Road, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to sell.

Groton Town

Matthew E. Olsen, 26, of 8 Williams St., Mystic, was charged Monday with possession of heroin, possession of heroin within 1,500 feet of a school, day care or public housing, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to sell and possession of narcotics with intent to sell by a non-drug dependent person.

New London

Jordan Best, 20, of 54 Branford Ave., Groton, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of marijuana within 1,500 feet of public housing.

Cannon Jones, 36, of no certain address, was charged Tuesday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Elizabeth Rodriguez, 39, of 11E Michael Road, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Christopher Bartlett, 25, of Middletown, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, evading responsibility and failure to drive right.

Norwich

Martha Urban, 20, of 46 Woodcrest Drive, Jewett City, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana.

John Andrews, 46, of 74 Mechanic St., Apt. 2, was charged Monday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Christina Sheets, 33, of 270 Crystal Ave., New London, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and traveling unreasonably fast.

State police - Montville

James R. Cook, 51, of 43 Driscoll Drive, Uncasville, was charged Tuesday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and speeding.

Stonington

Gary A. Korytkowski, 50, of 44 Pierce St., Westerly, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license.

Adrienne D. Graves, 52, of 134 Fort Shantok Road, Uncasville, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license.

Gregory L. Hines, 38, of West Harwich, Mass. was charged Tuesday with criminal attempt to commit third-degree larceny and third-degree forgery.

Waterford

Susan Lacus, 60, of Edgartown, Mass., was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered vehicle and failure to obey a traffic-control signal.

Moultrie Davis, 31, of 11 Jennie Drive, Oakdale, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and failure to drive right.
