Groton City

Wayne J. Aguiar Jr., 48, of 78 Buddington Road, was charged Saturday with carrying a firearm while intoxicated, driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to grant the right of way.

Stephen M. Horr, 19, of the Naval Submarine Base, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and failure to display a license plate.

Groton Town

Maria Luisa Borrero, 40, of 31 Mitchell St., Apt. C1, was charged Saturday with violation of probation.

New London

Denise Skowronski, 35, of 5 Latimer Drive, East Lyme, was charged Saturday with criminal impersonation.

Frederick Fletcher, 36, of 54 Providence St., Taftville, was charged Sunday with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and theft of license plates.

Norwich

Romance Brown, 21, of 18 Peck St., was charged Saturday with second-degree threatening, interfering with a police officer, driving with a suspended license and driving too fast.

Armando Osorio, 24, of 70 Golden St., No. 2, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and driving without a license.

Frederick Fletcher, 36, of 40 Spaulding St., Apt. B, was charged Sunday with two counts of second-degree threatening and third-degree larceny.

Angelo Sanchez, 30, of 38 Cliff St., was charged Sunday with second-degree threatening.

State Police - Casino Unit

Keith Robinson, 20, of Hamden, was charged Sunday at The Mohegan Sun with being a minor on a gaming floor.

State Police - Montville

Johanna Marquess, 39, of Fairfield, was charged Friday at York Correctional Institution in Niantic with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Hoa Nguyen, 39, of Branford, was charged Saturday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Rene Flores, 28, of 36 Flintlock Road, Ledyard, was charged Sunday in Ledyard with breach of peace and interfering with an emergency call.

Stonington

Christopher Aiello, 28, of 13 Blue Sky Drive, Westerly, was charged Saturday with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, risk of injury to a minor and failure to wear a seat belt.

Two juveniles were charged Saturday with first-degree criminal trespass, delivery of tobacco to a minor and creating a public disturbance.

A juvenile was charged Sunday with possession of marjiuana.

Waterford

Maureen Sullivan, 46, of 19 Faulkner Drive, Quaker Hill, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and traveling unreasonably fast.

John Angelopoulos, 18, of 151 Bloomingdale Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Saturday with purchase of alcohol by a minor and possession of marijuana.

Shelly Bombaci, 37, of Ivoryton, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended registration, reckless driving, disobeying an officer's signal and making an improper turn.
