SYTYCD: A Top 10 to be thankful for?

So, call me Kreskin because I called it in The Remote yesterday, the booting of Victor and Karen, because if there's one thing I've noticed in Season 6 of So You Think You Can Dance, it's the transparency of the process.

The "pulling out of the hat" of the genres, for example. Yeah, it's accidental that Karen - a hot Latin ballroom dancer BTW - and Victor pulled a tango.

But that was not enough to save them, and it wasn't just their weak second dance, that hip hop, Tuesday night that did them in. I agree with Nigel's assessment that Karen seemed to have just given up (I thought she waved that white flag during last week's solo).

And they weren't going to sacrifice the lovely Ellenore or the teenybopper Mollee (despite my begging them) one of whom did not deserve to be in the bottom three and the other of whom the judges refuse to let go of.

So goodbye Karen and frankly I already don't remember you.

As for the removal of Victor over Nathan (and Ryan, really, how often do you wax that chest?) I could quibble with that, since I thought Nathan's first performance was as weak as Victor's second (that telephone thing? really?). But Nathan shone during the can can (Tyce! Can Can! OMG! LOL!), proving for once to me what the judges have seen in thiskid all along. He was really great in that.

So we have our top 10, including my beloved Jakob (or as I like to call him, the winner of Season 6) and my dear sweet teary-eyed Legacy, and I'm relatively thankful, on this Thanksgiving Day, for that.

How about you?
