East Lyme

Jeffrey S. Bartlett, 48, of 30 Willow Lane, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Groton Town

Michael Turman, 29, of 16 Troy Ave., was charged Friday with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to have properly illuminated tail lights, having unsafe tires, having no rear mirror and having a defective windshield.

Anthony Frisiman, 22, of 166 New London Turnpike, Mystic, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Timothy Doroshrvich, 23, of 22 Rose St., Norwich, was charged with possession of marijuana.

Ramik Montgomery, 21, of 347 Route 164, Apt. 3, Uncasville, was charged with third-degree assault, failure to appear in court and breach of peace.

New London

Kerry M. Rollins, 53, of 44 Blackhall St. Apt. 2, was charged Friday with violation of probation and sale of hallucinogens.

Sonny McGuinness, of an unknown age, of Westerly, R.I., was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license.

Doris Herandez, 23, of 24 Bloomingdale Road, Waterford, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to display headlights.

Carl Henderson, 27, of Chicago, IL, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving an uninsured motor vehicle.

Francisco Moreno, 20, of 25 South Ledyard St., was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

John Villano, 57, of 189 Broad St., Apt. 1, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and using a cell phone while driving.

Norwich

Michael Brand III, 23, of 268 Washington St., was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and driving without headlights.

Joseph Marcoux, 49, of 76 Newton St., was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and failure to notify the Department of Motor Vehicles about an address change.

Plainfield

Keith Eiss, 39, of 162 Prospect St., Moosup, was charged Wednesday with possession of less than four ounces of marijuana.

John Lench, 37, of 29 Squaw Rock Road, Moosup, was charged Friday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Zachary Deroge, 18, of 2 Talbot Ave., Moosup, was charged Friday with possession of weapons in a motor vehicle, illegal possession of marijuana, driving without a license and driving at an unreasonable speed.

Matthew Corey, 18, of 193 Westminster Road, Canterbury, was charged Friday with possession of weapons in a motor vehicle.

Jonique Soler, 21, of 22 Atwood Lane, Wauregan, was charged Friday with possession of weapons in a motor vehicle and criminal possession of a pistol or revolver.

Ronald M. Cascone, 39, of 123 Reitter St., Stratford, was charged Friday at Foxwoods Resort Casino with possession of less than four ounces of marijuana.

Juan Gerado Armenta-Robles, 45, of Manhattan, N.Y., was charged Saturday at Foxwoods Resort Casino with possession of less than four ounces of marijuana.

State police - Montville

Jonathan O. Ortiz, 21, of 42 Anthony St., Apt. 34, Jewett City, was charged Friday in Lisbon with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Waterford

Adalgisa Sheppard, 45, of 47 Federal St., New London, was charged Friday with fifth-degree larceny.
