Groton City

Richard B. Wetherell IV, 22, of 49 Allen St., Apt. 2, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and speeding.

Mark J. Roy, 53, of 34 Bishop Lane, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Groton Town

Mary L. Linder, 23, of 102 B St., was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

New London

Junel Bolling, 28, of 36 Willetts Ave., was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and using a cell phone while driving.

James Mosley, 44, of 90 Summer St., was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Emily Gilbert, 18, of Chester, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of alcohol by a minor.

Marc Mann, 39, of no certain address, was charged Saturday with two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court and second degree failure to appear in court.

Lisa Decora, 33, of 19 West St., Apt. 1, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility and risk of injury to a minor.

Freddie Lind, 32, of 52 Summer St., Apt. 1, was charged Sunday with interfering with a police officer, disorderly conduct, second-degree unlawful restraint and interfering with a 911 call.

Norwich

Jacob Bastien, 30, of 11 Gregory Road, Apt. D, was charged Friday with three counts of third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, risk of injury to a minor, interfering with a police officer and interfering with a 911 call.

Tamyra Sellers, 36, of 31 Bentley Ave., was charged Saturday with second-degree assault, criminal attempt to commit second-degree assault, two counts of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

State Police - Montville

Gregory Wayne Seagraves, 25, of 23 Learned St., New London, was charged Saturday in Preston with second-degree assault and breach of peace.

William L. Daley Jr., 35, of 18 Katherine Court, Uncasville, was charged in Uncasville Saturday with interfering with a police officer, risk of injury to a minor, disorderly conduct and threatening.

Christopher Seyster, 20, of 33 Russell St., Apt. 8, Jewett City, was charged Saturday in Griswold with third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Stonington

Tracie L. Tarabek, 38, of 27 Woodland Drive East, Groton, was charged Saturday with fifth-degree larceny.

Paul D. Pierce, 52, of 378 Pendleton Hill Road, North Stonington, was charged Saturday with interfering with a police officer and second-degree breach of peace.

Ben A. Freiert, 23, of 33 Rossie St., Mystic, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Jeffrey B. Rose, 26, of 636 Long Cove Road, Gales Ferry, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Anna M. Krajewski, 32, of Fall River, Mass., was charged Friday with transporting a child under 4 without a restraint or belt, criminal impersonation, driving with a suspended license, second-degree forgery and failure to wear a seat belt.

Waterford

Christopher Vargas-Lebron, 18, of 93 State Pier Road, New London, was charged Saturday with possession of marijuana, driving with a suspended license, failure to have stop lamps or turn signals and failure to have headlights on.

Darryl Stefanski, 48, of 35 Braman Road, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to register a commercial motor vehicle.
