Micki Still, 35, 50 Buchanan Road, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault, breach of peace and first-degree criminal mischief.

Eduardo Casillas, 37, of 20 Nob Hill Road, Apt. A, was charged Sunday with breach of peace, intimidating a witness and violation of a protective order.

Mercades Boyd, 24, of 73 Connecticut Ave., was charged Sunday with violation of a protective order.

Armando Domenech, 34, of 19 Commodore St., Norwich, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license, having an improper muffler and having illegally tinted windows.

Oscar Baez, 25, of 202 Vauxhall St., was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have lights lit.

Amy Lloyd, 26, of 27 Forest Road, Niantic, was charged Monday with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Jeimy B. Rodriguez, 24, of Hartford, was charged Monday in Waterford with driving with a suspended license, having illegally tinted windows and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Rachel C. Sizer, 18, of 38 Depot Road, Groton, was charged Sunday with violation of a protective order.

Andrew Church, 21 of 105 Orchard Drive, Uncasville, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
