Groton Town

Eunice Macato, 36, of 584 Shennecossett Road, was charged Monday with two counts of custodial interference.

Anthony Dixon Jr., 35, of 201 Colman St., New London, was charged Monday with third-degree assault, risk of injury or impairing the morals of a minor, driving with a suspended license and breach of peace.

Brenda A. Carter, 47, of 138 Litton Ave., was charged Tuesday with delivery of alcohol to a minor.

Ledyard

Justin R. Spencer, 22, of 120 Gallup Hill Road, Apt. 10D, was charged Tuesday with possession of hallucinogenics, possession of hallucinogenics with intent to sell, possession of hallucinogenics with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school, and cultivation of hallucinogenics.

Montville

Julio Salazar, 24, of 45 Platoz Drive, Apt. F, was charged Tuesday with criminal impersonation, failure to drive right, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended license.

New London

Noel Ramos, 52, of 48 Crystal Ave., was charged Monday with second-degree threatening and breach of peace.

William Jackson, 60, of 39 Old Norwich Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Monday with possession of narcotics.

Thomas Carling, 28, of 43 Stone Heights Drive, Waterford, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Plainfield

Matthew A. Latour, 22, of 63 Goshen Road, was charged Monday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

State police - Montville

Gregory W. Seagraves, 25, of 23 Learn St., New London, was charged Sunday in Preston with second-degree assault and breach of peace.

Keith Bibeau, 36, of 116 Norwich-Westerly Road, North Stonington, Apt. 9, was charged Sunday in North Stonington with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and making an improper turn.

A 16-year-old was charged Monday in North Stonington with three counts of third-degree assault and breach of peace.

April A. Smith, 25, of 247 Lester Road, Griswold, was charged Tuesday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Joseph Loomis, 25, of 13 Shetucket Ave., Norwich, was charged Tuesday with second-degree providing a false statement to police, interfering with police and littering or dumping.

Waterford

Crystal Young, 45, of 14 Melrose Ave., Norwich, was charged Monday with evading responsibility.
