Lindsey Meeches, 22, of 16 Ann Wampie Road, Ledyard, was charged Saturday with violation of a restraining order and first-degree trespassing.

Robert T. Smith, 62, of 241B Belden St., New London, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Kristen Coble, 38, of 85 Vauxhall St, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a red light.

Rodney T. Riley, 41, of 77 Garfield Ave., third floor, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failing to carry the minimum insurance and failure to stop for a stop sign.

Christopher Tuka, 25, of 63 Niles Hill Road, Apt. A-4, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and failure to stop at a traffic light.

Dominigo Osario, 24, of 118 Connecticut Ave., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without a license and failure to drive right.

Carla Swank, 28, of 846 Bank St., Apt. 3, was charged Saturday with interfering with an emergency call and disorderly conduct.

James Donahue, 39, of 29 Lois St., was charged Friday with driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Laura Keating, 30, of 25 Ridgewood Road, Wallingford, was charged Saturday with driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to drive right and failure to have headlights lit.

Jose Marcio DeMelo, 26, of 130 Washington St., was charged Saturday with driving without insurance, misuse of vehicle marker plates, failure to drive right and driving without a license.

Caleb Liebler, 29, of 20 Dudley St., was charged Saturday with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, having a tail light out, driving while his license is suspended and driving without insurance.

Andrew Grant, 50, of 14 Mott Ave., New London, was charged Thursday with a cell phone violation.

Jose Alfonso Guerro-Escobar, 26, of 607 Norwich Ave., was charged Friday with a cell phone violation, driving without a license and failure to carry insurance.

Analy M. Rios, 26, of 6 Old Fort Lane, Ledyard, was charged Friday with a cell phone violation.

Two juveniles, ages 12 and 13, were charged by Montville police Friday with possession of marijuana.

Christopher Duerr, 18, of 15 Wendy Drive, Baltic, was charged in Sprague Friday with risk of injury to a minor, third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, threatening and second-degree strangulation.

Arthur D. Chaplin, 36, of 5 Driscoll Drive, Uncasville, was charged by East Lyme police Saturday with driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to drive right and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

Meghan Saunders, 22, of 57 Avon Road, Branford, was charged Friday with driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to obey a traffic signal.

Dylan Patrick Berube, 22, of 370 Greenhaven Road, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to drive right, possession of marijuana, interfering with an officer, speeding and failure to wear a seat belt.

Melissa Kaika, 32, of 40 Crystal Ave., New London, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, suspended registration and failing to have minimum insurance.
