Groton City

Patricia A. Cairns , 48, of 82 Longview St. Apt. 12, Waterford, was charged Monday with driving to endanger, speeding, driving with a suspended license, interfering with a police officer, disobeying an officer's signal to stop and failure to submit to fingerprinting.

Groton Town

Jason Panbilinan, 29, of 15621 Route 12, Gales Ferry, was charged Sunday with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to have a markerplate, and failure to have a sticker on tinted windows.

Xavier D. Johnson, 35, of 67 School St., Apt. 1, was charged Monday with being a fugitive from justice (from Arkansas).

New London

Brittany Cook, 21, of no certain address, was charged Monday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Plainfield

Bernard L. Hawkins, 34, of 162 South Chestnut St., was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree threatening.

State police - Montville

Malissa Preston, 37, of Bozrah, was charged Sunday in Lisbon with criminal violation of a protective order.

Samuel Greene, 33, of 7 Lee Brook Road, Ledyard, was charged Monday in Lisbon with fourth-degree larceny.

Karen R. Freeman, 47, of 15 Country Club Road, Ledyard, was charged Monday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Old Saybrook

Kristaan Dale, 33, of 16 North Meadow Road, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license.

Maja B. Ferrara, 34, of Rockville, was charged last Tuesday on a warrant with second-degree failure to appear in court.

John Downie, 57, of 171 Schoolhouse Road, was charged on Nov. 29 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain the established lane.

Elizabeth I. Roberto, 18, of Deep River, was charged on Nov. 28 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain the established lane.

Francisco de los Santos, 20, of 725 Boston Post Road, Apt. B, was charged on Nov. 26 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without a license, failure to carry proper insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to maintain the established lane.

Justin Grebasch, 18, of 5 Arrowhead Lane, was charged on Nov. 25 with third-degree larceny.

Bonnie M. Kump, 31, of Westbrook, was charged on Nov. 25 with driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Jeannette Torres, 31, of Clinton, was charged on Nov. 25 with driving with a suspended license and driving at an unreasonable speed.

Waterford

Marcio Martins, 30, of 739 Boston Post Road, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in a proper lane, driving a motor vehicle without a license and third-degree criminal mischief.

Thomas Arico, 19, of 21 Bartlett Place was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license, driving too fast for conditions and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Calvin Richardson, 30, 80A Mohegan Park Road, Norwich, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have head lamps.

Rosalind Vega, 25, of Willimantic, was charged Monday with fourth-degree larceny and issuing a bad check.
