Jordan Rando, 18, of 51 Upper Pattagansett Road, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael A. Pelcher, 23, of 92 Taftville Occum Road, Norwich, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of marijuana, driving with a suspended license, speeding and violation of emissions standards.

Kenneth R. Carter, 23, of Corrigan Correctional Institution in Montville, was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana, two counts of sale of marijuana, and sale of marijuana within 1,500 feet of a school, day care or public housing.

Paul D. Hillman, 51, of 1018 Grassy Hill Road, Oakdale, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and violation of probation.

Joseph F. Pezzello, 31, of 532 Lantern Hill Road, Ledyard, was charged Tuesday third-degree forgery and sixth-degree larceny.

Edmund Manville, 66, of 78 Chestnut Hill Road, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and making an improper turn.

Lowegie Ducharme, 50, of no certain address, was charged Monday with third-degree assault.

Joshua Hall, 22, of 23 Tracy Ave., Jewett City, was charged Monday with third-degree robbery, sixth-degree larceny and first-degree criminal trespass.

Sonia Barros, 23, of 15A Adelaide Road, was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Jason Leblanc, 27, of 54 Putnam Road, Apt. 3, Plainfield, was charged Monday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Danny E. Candales, 39, of 146 Stone Hill Road, Griswold, was charged Monday in Montville with violation of probation.

Michael S. Riley, 27, of 29 Pound Road, Westerly, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.
