New London

Dwight Mitchell, 30, of 49 Willetts Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Wayne Gethers, 44, of 91 School St., was charged Monday with violation of a restraining order.

Matthew Barfield, 22, of 6 Mitchell Court, Apt 5, was charged Monday with third-degree assault, third-degree criminal trespass and breach of peace.

Samual Reese, 47, of 34 Nathan Hale Road, Groton, was charged Monday with drinking while driving.

Jovan Wilson, 30, of 6M East Baltic St., Norwich, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance.

Carlos Vega, 38, of 62 Blackhall St., was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right, failure to have tail lamps lit and driving without a license.

State police - Montville

Chase A. Erick, 19, of 319 Pendleton Hill Road, Voluntown, was charged Monday in Voluntown with third-degree stalking and disorderly conduct.

Jonathan Smith, 26, of 68 Park Ave., Montville, was charged Tuesday in Norwich with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Stonington

Stephen R. Hatchell, 25, of 37 Moss St., Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with threatening, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace.

Waterford

Alexandra Tosi, 22, of 24 Stocking Lot Road, East Haddam, was charged Monday with risk of injury to a minor, conspiracy to commit a crime and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Kyle Merdick, 21, of 29 Richards Grove, was charged Monday with risk of injury to a minor, conspiracy to commit a crime and second-degree unlawful restraint.

William Betters, 28, of 164 Route 163, Uncasville, was charged Monday with risk of injury to a minor, conspiracy to commit a crime and second-degree unlawful restraint.
