East Lyme

Erin Dailey, 22, of 38 Black Point Road, Niantic, was charged Friday with third-degree forgery and sixth-degree larceny.

Groton City

Barbara J. Dooley, 37, of 216 Branford Ave., was charged Thursday with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

New London

Lawanna Costello, 29, of 20 Montauk Ave., Apt. 5, was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school, breach of peace and carrying a dangerous weapon.

Sandra Torres, 21, of 220 Branford Ave., Groton, was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school and interfering with an officer.

Eric Hopkins, 35, of 202 Colman St., Apt. 310, was charged Friday with falsely reporting an incident.

Norwich

Jonathan Fowler, 18, of 48 Lambert Drive was charged Friday with possession of more than 4 ounces of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a narcotic.

State police - Montville

Lorraine Beemer, 43, of 145 High St. No. 2, Baltic, was charged Thursday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Oscar Begazo, 36, of 253 Yantic St., Norwich was charged Thursday in Preston with driving underwww the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to grant right of way.

Richard Johnson, 49, of 63 Pineville Road, Killingly, was charged Friday in Montville with being a fugitive from justice.

Roger L. Lynck, 58, of 83 Newton St., Norwich, was charged Friday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Steven Trevorrow, 41, of 31 Bay Mountain Drive, Griswold, was charged Tuesday in Griswold with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Stonington

A 17-year-old was charged Thursday with first-degree forgery, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Waterford

Amy Waddington, 34, of 26 Susan Terrace, was charged Wednesday with driving with a refused, revoked or suspended license, failure to have minimum insurance and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Angel Rodriguez, 28, of 563 Boston Post Road, was charged Thursday with having a defective windshield and driving with a suspended license.

William McCormick, 61, of 36 High Ridge Drive, was charged Thursday with first-degree criminal trespass.

Barry Hill, 30, of 6 James Ave., was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and speeding.
