Kevin Branch, 19, of 65 Mountain Ave., New London, was charged Saturday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Matthew Riley, 26, of 26 Tilley St., Apt. 2, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of narcotics.

Vito Cruz, 19, of 20 West Coit St., was charged Saturday with second-degree assault and third-degree criminal mischief.

Petro Camachu, 25, of 73 Washington St., Apt. E2, was charged Saturday with interfering with an officer and second-degree breach of peace.

David L. Defosse, 18, of 86 McKinley Ave., was charged Saturday with possession of marijuana.

Mark Radziwon, 55, of 33B Grove St., Wauregan, was charged Friday at Mohegan Sun Casino with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Jonathan Santiago, 30, of 51 Bellevue Place, Apt. 1, New London, was charged Saturday in Montville with failure to drive right, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, disobeying an officer's signal, failure to have lights lit, improper passing and reckless driving.

Michael R. Austin, 27, of 36 Yantic Flats Road, Norwich was charged Saturday with second-degree larceny and first-degree failure to appear in court.
