Jeffrey M. Butler, 18, of 149 High Meadow Lane, Mystic, was charged Thursday with possession of alcohol by a minor, possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to obey a state traffic-control signal.

Kimberly Watson, 37, of 15 B Utica court was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and interfering with a police officer.

Cedric Felder, 25, of 345 Gold Star Highway, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and traveling too fast.

Bobby Porter, 22, of 45 Boulder Drive, was charged Wednesday with possession of narcotics, tampering with evidence and interfering with a police officer.

Eric J. Molloy, 46, of 57 Connecticut Ave., was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics and failure to keep a prescription in the original container.

Valerie Reinhart, 25, of 171 Hawthorne St., Apt. 22 J, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Michael Jordan, 43, of 48 Crystal Ave., Apt. A77, was charged with criminal attempt and interfering with an emergency call.

Jason Rivera, 34, of 602 Boswell Ave., was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Aaron Allen, 30, of 47 Inch Cliff Road, Ledyard, was charged Thursday in Preston with violation of a restraining order and first-degree criminal trespass.

Jason Malinowski, 21, of 24 Valley Drive, Voluntown, was charged Wednesday in Voluntown with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to carry proof of insurance and driving without a valid license.

Cheryl Ann Valadez, 50, of Rocky Hill was charged Thursday in North Stonington with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Robert Walenczyk, 41, of 203 Maple Ave., Uncasville, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and failure to carry proof of insurance.

Walter T. Birkbeck, 34, of 212 Liberty St., Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation and second-degree breach of peace.

Dylan J. Rigolini, 19, of 26 Fellows St., Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with conspiracy and sixth-degree larceny.

Erick DaSilveira, 23, of Port St. Lucie, Fla., was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Rivina Teodosio, 32, of 2 Terrace Ave., New London, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license.

Andres Gomez, 39, of 53 Michael Road, New London, was charged Wednesday with evading responsibility and improper passing.
