Anthony Whyte, 25, of 43 Warner St., was charged Thursday with first-degree criminal trespass.

Groton Town

Anthony Hope, 24, of Providence, was charged Tuesday with first-degree forgery and sixth-degree larceny.

Domingo Rodrequez, 20, of Bronx, N.Y., was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

James Low, 19, of 1105 River Road, Mystic, was charged Wednesday with possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana and failure to obey a stop sign.

Brett Williamson, 21, of 22 Pearl St., Stonington, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Barbara Ragston, 55, of 102 Goodwin Road, Canterbury, was charged Thursday with fifth-degree larceny.

New London

Anna Bliven, 30, of 73 Montauk Ave., was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to obey a traffic signal and using a cell phone while driving.

Dimitri Sitty, 21, whose last known address is 347 Pequot Ave., was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct and interfering with police.

Michael Lockett, 25, of Springfield, Mass., was charged Thursday with third-degree larceny.

Glenn B. Smith, 47, of no certain address was charged Wednesday with evading responsibility, driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance.

Desirae Boulier, 23, of 185 Otrobando Ave., 1C, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license.

Jamie Lewis, 24, of 37 Quarto Road was charged Wednesday with evading responsibility and driving without insurance.

Paul Currier, 27, of no certain address was charged Wednesday with possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana.

Justin K. Firmin, 19, of 15 Country Club Drive, Franklin, was charged Wednesday in Sprague with possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana.

Alexander D. Graham, 18, of Massachusetts, was charged Wednesday in Groton with possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana.

Jonathan Davenport, 19, of Norwich, was charged Wednesday in Sprague with possession of drug paraphernalia.

A youthful offender was charged Wednesday in Sprague with possession of marijuana.

Kevin Buchanon, 52, of 3 Lynchwood Road, Old Lyme, was charged Wednesday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and reckless driving.

Robert Prescott, 53, of Bayshore, N.Y., was charged Wednesday in Montville with breach of peace and interfering with a 911 call.

Tyrone Cilgore, 39, of 42 Fanning Road, Ledyard, was charged Wednesday in
Ledyard with being a fugitive from justice.

Juan Perez-Rios, 30, of 29 Boston Post Road, Willimantic, was charged Thursday in Preston with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Stonington

Katie Conlon, 27, of 65 Moss St., was charged Wednesday with interfering with an officer and second-degree breach of peace.

Christopher Brindle, 20, of 65 Moss St., was charged Wednesday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Anthony Hale, 24, of Providence, was charged Thursday with fifth-degree larceny, identity theft and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.

Waterford

Clayton Boegler, 20, of 52A Daniels Ave., was charged Wednesday with operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Shawn English, 29, of no certain address, was charged Wednesday with first-degree criminal trover, damage to a motor vehicle and fourth-degree larceny.
