Groton City

Timothy Wright, 20, of Sterling, was charged Thursday with interfering with an officer, second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace.

Groton Town

Corey Willis, 25, of 882 Noank Ledyard Road, Mystic, was charged Thursday with evading responsibility and driving too fast for conditions.

Blake Mitchell, 20, of 136 Heather Glenn Lane, Mystic, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and driving too fast for conditions.

Frank L. Jones, Jr., 23, of 87 Spring St., Norwich, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without insurance and driving without a license.

Bryan J. Piacenza, 43, of 265 Midway Oval, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey a stop sign.

Timothy Gray, 24, of 159 Hawthorne Drive, Apt. 8H, New London, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure, and failure to obey a traffic signal.

Christopher Mauritz, 43, of East Chester, N.Y., was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure.

Patricia Muhammad, 33, of Portland, Maine, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and driving with a suspended registration.

East Lyme

Marc Scacciaferro, 36, of 29 Oakwood Road, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Montville

Harley D. MacDonald, 24, of 33 Cove Road, was charged Thursday with possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to display a vehicle marker, failure to wear a seatbelt, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without a license, possession of narcotics and possession of a controlled substance.

New London

Theresa Mowakowski, 23, of 181 King Arthur Drive, Niantic, was charged Thursday with misusing marker plates, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without insurance and following too close.

David Mellisy, 25, of 11 Charles Ave., Waterford, was charged Thursday with possession of marijuana, disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.

Antonio D. Miranda, 20, of 30 Adelaide St., was charged Thursday with possession of alcohol by a minor, breach of peace and interferring with police.

Ramon A. Jimeneznunez, 27, of 49 Mountain Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Patricia Muhammad, 33, of Portland, Maine, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court, three counts of illegal use of a credit card and three counts of fourth-degree larceny.

Norberto Rosario, 44, of no certain address, was charged Friday with breach of peace, third-degree assault and threatening.

Calvin Burns, 31, of 41 Beldon St., Apt. 2, was charged Friday with possession of marijuana.

Donna Thirierge, 42, of 7 Pratt St., Apt. 2, was charged Friday with first-degree trespassing.

Amy Green, 30, of 256 Broad St., Apt. 3, was charged Friday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Ashley Wright, 23, of 120 Gallup Road, Ledyard, was charged Friday with intefering with police, second-degree breach of peace and resisting arrest.

Alaina Wright, 23, of 120 Gallup Road, Ledyard, was charged Friday with assault on a police officer, intefering with police, second-degree breach of peace and resisting arrest.

Camile Stiggle, 41, of 120 Gallup Road, Ledyard, was charged Friday with intefering with police, second-degree breach of peace and resisting arrest.

State Police - Montville

Shannon Baxter, 25, of no certain address, was charged Thursday in Montville with possession of narcotics.

Clinton Jarvis, 47, of Stratford, was charged Thursday in Montville with driving with a suspended license and evading responsibility.

Michael Monty, 38, of 5 Norwich Road, Waterford, was charged Friday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility, and driving a vehicle with a defective headlight.

Stonington

Anthony D. Freeman, 22, of 168 New London Turnpike, Mystic, was charged Friday with threatening and second-degree breach of peace.

Waterford

Charles Keating, 78, of 82 Great Neck Road, was charged Thursday with failure to drive in the proper lane and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Paul McClellan, 45, of 102 Goodwin Road, Canterbury, was charged Thursday with first-degree failure to appear in court, misuse of plates, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, and having insurance coverage that fails minimum requirements.
