Taylor R. Logan, 19, of 23 Larch Road., was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and traveling too fast.

Tyree Walter, 26, of 83 Mansfield Drive, was charged Sunday with three counts of sale of heroin, three counts of sale of heroin within 1,500 feet of a school, three counts of possession of heroin, accessory to sale of heroin, accessory to sale of heroin within 1,500 feet of a school and accessory to possession of heroin.

Nicolas Jillson, 24, of North Smithfield, R.I., was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Timothy Martin, 20, of 24 School St., Apt. 2, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility, driving without a license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Timothy Cooper, 19, of 38 Yantic Flats Road, was charged Sunday with first-degree larceny.

Antonio Vasquez, 44, of 18B Division St., was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct and possession of a controlled substance.

Kyle G. Racine, 19, of 68 Charlotte Drive, Plainfield, was charged Sunday in Griswold with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Myra Johnson, 33, of 31 Crest St., New London, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to have lights lit and devices illuminated.
