As I wait for my ride to Kabul airport, I am watching live coverage of the "Afghanistan Conference" in London. British Prime Minister Brown talking about how a "civilian surge" is coming Afghanistan, international troops up to 135,000. He says "we have to turn the tide by July 2011."

We shall see - I am ready to head home.
