The Jay Leno Show

10 p.m., NBC

The Peacock wants to end its nightmare as quickly as possible, and so is yanking Jay on Tuesday Feb. 9, instead of Thursday, Feb. 11. Wow. A whole two days. Really? Why not just take the show out to the back 40 and put the bullet between its eyes right now? I'm guessing it's due to celebrity booking issues, like they have some folks signed up and they have to fulfill that obligation.

Kitchen Nightmares

9 p.m., Fox

I do love the BBC version of this show. When I chance upon it while flipping channels, I am hooked. So much cursing. So much head-in-hands frustration. So much chagrin! We don't get enough chagrin on American TV. Tonight, "Chef Ramsay heads to Philadelphia to try and help the owners of the Hot Potato Cafe."

Shark Tank

9 p.m., ABC

"A California entrepreneur wants to bring back old-fashioned ice cream men; a couple's pitch is about providing legal services at a coffee house; an update on the sharks' venture with an Arizona woman and her unique plush toys." OK, a) What is an "old-fashioned ice cream man"? Is he made of ice cream? Does he melt? Do you - dare I say it? - no, actually, I don't dare. b) Is it just me or does the phrase "unique plush toys" give you the heebie-jeebies?

The return of the Peeps contest

Once again this year, The Day is running its Peeps competition, in which we invite you to take Easter's favorite candy – Peeps – and turn them into art.
