Stacey Silvia, 25, of 103 Truman St., Apt. 2, was charged Wednesday with prostitution.

Janet Basile, 48, of no certain address, was charged Wednesday with criminal attempt to purchase narcotics.

Scott Faille, 29, of 113C Horse Pond Road, Salem, was charged Wednesday with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Andre Vaughn, 23, of 32 Belden St., was charged Wednesday with violation of a protective order, third-degree assault, breach of peace and using a vehicle without owner's permission.

Karen Brown-Smith, 38, was charged Thursday with sale of marijuana.

Derrick Brown, 43, was charged Thursday with possession of marijuana.

Viktoria Bochain, 53, of 1003 Pequot Ave., was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Tyshawn Watts, 26, of 57 Jay St., was charged Thursday with being a fugitive from justice.

Dachon Watts, 42, of 57 Jay St., was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Cheryl L. Mauldin, 31, of 22 Greenway Road, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Samuel Holley, 33, of 12 Cutler St., was charged Thursday with failure to register as a sex offender.

Ashley Flores, 23, of 20 Addison St., was charged Thursday with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to have insurance, driving with a suspended license and failure to use a turn signal.

Norwich

Frank Reis, 58, of 23 Rose St., was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Hanna Boling, 22, of 198 Bethel Road, Griswold, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

State police - Montville

Timothy Donehey, 52, of Laconia, N.H., was charged Wednesday in Montville with violation of sex offender registration laws.

Stonington

Daniel J. Casey, 28, of 65 Moss St., Apt. 3, Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with second-degree strangulation, using a motor vehicle without the owner's permission, driving with a suspended license and second-degree breach of peace.

Waterford

James Cook, 23, of 1 Mallard Lane, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to have head lamps lit.
