Griswold – Three Jewett City residents were arrested today following an early-morning home robbery and assault in Griswold.

Nicholas Euell and Bora Kim, both 22, and Lacia Euell, 23, all of 24 Wedgewood Drive, Apt. 3, in Jewett City, face a wide array of charges after allegedly breaking into a home at 71 Lake Road in Griswold and assaulting an occupant.

At 3:25 this morning, state troopers responded to the Griswold home and found a victim with injuries that were described by police as serious but not life-threatening. The victim, who was not identified, was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Later in the morning, troopers arrested the Euells and Kim on robbery, assault, conspiracy, larceny and threatening charges. They are scheduled to appear in court on Monday.

A dispatcher at the Troop E barracks in Montville said no one was available to provide more information about the arrests.
