Groton Town

Kevin Ogilvie, 28, of 15 Pheasant Run Drive, Gales Ferry, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Montville

Francine Brodeur, 43, of 743 Route 32, was charged Saturday with failure to drive right and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Joseph A. Marceau, 20, of 108 Norwich Ave., Norwich, was charged Saturday with failure to display marker, failure to carry minimum insurance and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

New London

Robert Crawford, 64, of 10 Looking Glass Circle, Uncasville, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault, resisting arrest and risk of injury to a minor.

Steven Asprelli, 30, of 777 Bank St., Apt. 2, was charged Thursday with possession of marijuana and tampering with evidence.

Lauryanna Oriol, 25, of 27 Broad St., Apt. 2R, was charged Friday with breach of peace and threatening.

Armand Roma, 23, of 122 Town Hill Road, was charged Friday with driving under the influence, driving the wrong way and failure to use headlights.

Jason Ramseur, 36, of Uncasville, was charged Friday with failure to drive right, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and evading responsibility.

Craig Carter, 33, of 36 Morris Ave., Groton, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while his license is suspended.

Alphonso Covington, 38, of Hartford, was charged Friday with possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to sell.

Roberto Ruiz, 20, of 208 Crystal Ave., was charged Friday with violation of probation, breach of peace, interfering with an emergency call, risk of injury to a minor, interfering with police, possession of a hallucinogen and possession of a hallucinogen with intent to sell.

Craig Ponder, 43, of 302 Crystal Ave., was charged Friday with second-degree unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct.

Daphne Salomon-Pamphile, 26, of 220 Colman St., was charged Saturday with breach of peace and violation of a protective order.

Sean Cavanaugh, 20, of 21 Faulkner Court, Waterford, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and falure to obey a stop sign.

Robert E. Forand, 45, of 191 Franklin St., was charged Friday with driving while his license is suspended.

Jonathan Allbright, 23, of 10 Gilmour St., was charged Saturday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Francis Grace, 47, of 58 Denison Ave., Mystic, was charged Friday in Mashantucket with breach of peace and first-degree criminal trespass.

Michelle G. Abreu, 39, of South Dartmouth, Mass., was charged Friday in Mohegan with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Brian A. Abreu, 41, of South Dartmouth, Mass., was charged Friday in Mohegan with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Yolanda D. Charles, 33, of 24 Fairmont St., Norwich, was charged Saturday in Mashantucket with first-degree criminal trespass.

Jason E. Jarvis, 36, of Johnston, R.I., was charged Saturday in Mashantucket with creating a public disturbance.

Sara Carey, 28, of Hamden, was charged Friday in New London with driving while her license is suspended, criminal impersonation and interfering with police.

Michael F. Olival, 26, of Rochester, Mass., was charged Saturday in New London with possession of marijuana.

Jammel E. Gant, 25, of 193 Case St., Norwich, was charged Saturday in Groton with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Waterford

Jordan Knowles, 24, of 41 Bebe Road, Norwich, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey a stop sign.

John Singleton, 43, of 45 Blackhall St., New London, was charged Friday with failure to obey a traffic signal and driving while his license is suspended.
