The Bachelor: On the Wings of Love
8 p.m., ABC
Wow! Time flies. We are already down to the Final Four, meaning it's Hometown Visit Week or, as I like to call it, Meet the Parents, Who May Or May Not Be Completely Mortified. Also, "one bachelorette, after making a surprise visit to Jake's room, makes a shocking revelation that leaves him reeling." Since someone already told him she was "saving herself for marriage," I cannot even begin to imagine what this might entail. I wish for "The Crying Game" but I'm thinking we'll end up with something much less compelling.
Life Unexpected
9 p.m., CW
This episode is entitled "Bong Intercepted" and I'm guessing it is the fallout from Lux's decision last week to sell her new "friend" the bong lamp in order to get enough money to pay Baze's rent to Baze's dad. I was so happy to see, last week, that Cate's mom is played by the terrific actress who played the sheriff on "Men in Trees." I love her and hope she is a recurring character. Also, fyi, the guy who plays Baze, Kristoffer Polaha - you can friend him on Facebook. Not "become a fan" or "join the group." Actually friend him. Fabulous.
Nurse Jackie
9 p.m., Showtime
Dear Edie Falco: I wish, at the Golden Globe awards, when that talentless and unattractive Toni Collette won yet again for her terrible performance in her really bad Showtime show, "The United States of Tara," that you had stood up and gone all Carmela Soprano on her. Because having recently started watching the repeats of "Nurse Jackie's" amazing first season, starring you, I cannot believe that you did not win the best actress category. My goodness you are brilliant in this. The show itself is good, but you make it amazing. Sincerely, The Remote.
Once again this year, The Day is running its Peeps competition, in which we invite you to take Easter's favorite candy – Peeps – and turn them into art.
