Rebecca J. Weeler, 39, of South Royalton, Vt., was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Randy Howe, 37, of Lebanon, N.H., was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Kathleen Starick, 54, of Guilford, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and speeding.

Kenney Bones, 24, of 1051 Poquonnock Road, Groton, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Stevenson R. Jones, 39, of 190 Montauk Ave., New London, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Carlos Fuentes, 30, of 80 Third Ave., was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and driving without a license.

Andre Cluh, 21, of 309 Crystal Ave., was charged Sunday with possession of crack cocaine and first-degree trespass.

Robert E. Forand, 45, of 191 Franklin St., was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license.

Jonathan Albright, 23, of 10 Gilmour St., was charged Saturday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Joanna Denner, 31, of 62 Asylum St., was charged Saturday with assaulting a medical provider.

Sucess Peterson, 22, of 72 Coit St., Apt. 1-F, Norwich, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license.

Stacy L. Naragon, 37, of 79 Plain Hill Road, Norwich, was charged Sunday with criminal violation of a protective order, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree harassment.

Joseph J. Moniz III, 42, of 16 Ledgewood Drive, Ledyard, was charged Saturday in Ledyard with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and making an illegal right turn.

Linda Church, 50, of 15 Beachdale Ave., Voluntown, was charged Saturday in Voluntown with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Zackary Fournier, 21, of 26 William St., Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday in Preston with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and traveling too fast for conditions.

Matthew Mumford, 19, of 36 Ledward Ave., Westerly, was charged Sunday in Ledyard with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
