I heartily agree with the letter to the editor so cleverly titled "CGA cadets show gobs of talent," published March 3. We are fortunate to have all this talent available so close to this area.
We recently attended the Coast Guard Jazz Band performance for Haitian relief at the First Baptist Church of New London. They gave us a very toe-tapping performance with jazz and Dixieland music. It was outstanding.
Many accolades to all these exceptional musicians.
