Groton City

Michael A. Bragdon, 34, of 19 Jerome Ave., Uncasville, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to have headlamps lit.

Trevor Quail, 36, of 54 Whittaker Road, Groton, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and failure to have rear marker plate illuminated.

Brian Carter, 27, of 153 Garfield Ave., was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license.

Gabino Moya, 45, of 309 Crystal Ave., Apt. 4C, was charged Wednesday with two counts of violation of a protective order.

Shauntay Ellis, 23, of 208 Shaw St., was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Emmanuel Mercado, 23, of 175 Hawthorne Drive, was charged Wednesday with violation of a protective order.

Abed Lopez, 38, of 48 Mowry Ave., Norwich, was charged Thursday with violation of probation, driving with a suspended license and driving a motorcycle without endorsement.

Rita Picillo, 59, of no certain address, was charged Wednesday with three counts of cruelty to animals and three counts of failure to have a dog vaccinated for rabies.

Chuma Hart, 24, of 403B E. Main St., Griswold, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Ula Sosonya, 26, of 25 Broadway, Norwich, was charged Thursday at Foxwoods with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Jacklyn Linzie Ali, 21, of 878 Hopeville Road, Griswold, was charged Wednesday in Voluntown with driving with a suspended license, evading responsibility, following too closely, failure to carry proof of insurance and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Stonington

Robert S. Whittaker, 19, of 37 Spring St., Groton, was charged Wednesday with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Chris Williams, 28, of 3 Laurelwood Road, North Stonington, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license.

Kimberly LaCourse,28, of North Windsor, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and travelling too fast for conditions.

Kurt Balinski, 19, of 19 Savi Ave., was charged Wednesday with interfering with a police officer and reckless use of a highway by a pedestrian.
