Groton Town

Nicholas K. Perry, 20, of 53 South Road, Apt. 9B, was charged Thursday with violation of a restraining order.

Wenceslao Gonzales, 49, of 12 Fort Hill Road, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

Sean McLaughlin, 26, of 422 Pleasant St., was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Ledyard

Shea C. Anderson, 24, of 66 Hawthorne Dr., New London, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traveling too fast and failure to drive right.

Montville

William Albert, 42, of 16 Lathrop Road, was charged Friday with violation of probation, driving with a suspended license and failure to drive in the proper lane.

New London

Eric Malloy, 27, of 15 Strosberg Road, Waterford, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and failure to stop for a traffic signal.

David Kennedy, 51, of 78 West St., Apt. 1B, was charged Thursday with violation of a protective order.

Timothy Roman, 26, of 51 Eastern Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Thursday with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Norwich

Stephanie Robitaille, 19, of 328 W. Main St., was charged Wednesday second-degree criminal trover, taking a motor vehicle without the owner's permission, failure to carry proof of insurance and failure to drive right.

Joshua Santana, 23, of 32 Terrace Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Wednesday driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, following too closely and traveling at an unreasonable speed.

David Sitton, 56, of 631 W. Main St., was charged Friday with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

State police - Casino Unit

Gezim Perzhilla, 37, of Wolcott, was charged Friday at Foxwoods with interfering with a police officer and breach of peace.

State police - Montville

Louis Lumento, 61 of Stamford, was charged Wednesday in Stonington with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Rashawn Toules, 30, of Hartford, was charged Friday in Preston with driving with a suspended license, speeding and possession of less than four ounces of marijuana.

Thomas MacLure, 34, of Windham, was charged Thursday in Sprague with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to have lights lit.

Jeremy Allen Bruseau, 33, of 74 Patrick Road, Griswold, was charged Thursday in Griswold with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Warren Graves, 44, an inmate at the Radgowski Correctional Institution in Uncasville, was charged, upon his release Friday, with being a fugitive from justice from New York.

Stonington

Breanna J. Whaley, 19, of 96 Oak St., Apt. 1, Westerly, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Robert E. Johnson III, 25, of Rumford, R.I., was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Michael Harris, 22, of 182 Flanders Road, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Waterford

Abed Lopez, 38, of 48 Mowney Ave., Norwich was charged Wednesday with fifth-degree larceny, assault on a public safety officer, interfering with a police officer and third-degree robbery.
